La Bandera Social

Late weekend nights with family and music

A Dominican bachata social shaped by those late nights with family — music playing, telling stories, and catching up on the week’s chisme.

The nights we grew up with

Where this comes from

La Bandera is built around the kind of nights a lot of us grew up with — family over, music up, conversations going, a couple of drinks in, and time stretching without anyone noticing. You say goodbye at 11 and you’re still there at 2.

It’s not about going out or putting something on. It’s just being in a space where you can dance, talk, laugh, and be around people who are there for the same reason.

What you’re stepping into

  • Mostly bachata throughout the night

  • Some salsa and merengue mixed in

  • Open dance floor

  • Bar and food available

  • Come solo or with people
