• Be respectful, present, and mindful of others — in class and online

• Follow our Code of Conduct

• to help keep our spaces safe and welcoming

• Only use shared materials for personal learning unless otherwise stated

• Refrain from using the Tres Golpes Bachata name, logo, or branding for personal promotion, teaching, or marketing without written permission

About Recording & Sharing

​

Recording for personal learning or memories is welcome — this dance lives through community.

We just ask for one thing: share respectfully.

✅ You can record or share clips from class for your own learning or social memories

✅ You can post them online — just tag or credit when relevant

🚫 Don’t present class material as your own teaching or brand

🚫 Don’t use the Tres Golpes Bachata name, visuals, or materials to promote your own events or classes without permission

We’re proud when people want to share what they learn — just do it with integrity.

Refund & Credit Policy

​

We keep it simple and human — if you’re not happy or something major comes up, talk to us.
We’ll always handle it with understanding.

Classes & Series

• If you attend just one class from a full series and decide it’s not for you, we’ll refund the rest.

• After that, no refunds — but we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

​

Drop-In Classes

• Drop-ins are pay-as-you-go. No advance payment = no refund needed.

​

Workshops

• Notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you can’t make it — we’ll credit you toward a future workshop.

• No cash refunds unless the event is canceled.

​

Socials & Events

• Tickets are non-refundable, but we’ll happily credit you toward a future event.

• Extreme cases (injury, emergency, etc.) will always be handled with care.

If We Cancel Anything

If we cancel a class, event, or workshop, you’ll always have the choice between a full refund or credit.

​

We don’t want anyone stuck or frustrated. Just talk to us — we’ll figure it out.

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to feel welcome — online and in person.

• Our website is built with accessible design (contrast, legible fonts, mobile-friendly layouts)

• Class spaces are chosen with accessibility in mind whenever possible

• If you need specific support (seating, space to stretch, extra instruction), email us ahead of time
