Clear before you commit
This page explains how Tres Golpes handles your information, purchases, cancellations, recording, accessibility, and participation—so you understand what to expect before you join.
Tres Golpes collects the information needed to process purchases, manage registrations, send tickets and class information, provide community access, and operate the website. This may include your name, email address, purchase history, attendance, membership status, and information you submit through registration or contact forms.
Tres Golpes does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers used for payments, registration, email, ticketing, community access, and website operations.
When you register, make a purchase, or join the community, you may receive necessary messages related to your purchase or account. You may also receive occasional updates about classes, events, resources, and other Tres Golpes offerings. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, although necessary transactional or account messages may still be sent.
Purchases & Recurring Memberships
Prices, included benefits, and billing terms are shown before checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge shown and agree to the terms connected to that offer.
Monthly memberships renew automatically at the price and interval displayed during checkout until canceled. Canceling prevents future renewals; it does not reverse a payment that has already been completed. Membership access and included benefits generally continue through the end of the paid period.
A one-month pass is a single, nonrecurring purchase. It provides the full Tres Golpes membership experience for its stated access period but does not renew automatically.
Class packs and drop-ins are separate purchases and include only the classes or credits described in the offer. They do not include La Bandera Social admission or ongoing online-community access unless the offer specifically states otherwise.
Cancellations, Refunds & Credits
Purchases are generally nonrefundable once charged. If your plans change, contact me as early as possible. Depending on the purchase and circumstances, I may be able to move your registration, issue a credit, or make another reasonable adjustment, but changes and credits are not guaranteed.
Missing a class or event does not automatically create a refund or credit. Injuries, emergencies, and unusual circumstances may be handled individually.
If Tres Golpes cancels a class, workshop, or event, you will receive an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund. If a location or schedule changes, updated information will be sent using the contact information provided during registration.
Membership Changes
Membership cancellations and other available account changes can be requested through the provided account-management option or by contacting me directly.
Any cancellation, pause, or membership change applies according to the timing and terms confirmed when the request is processed. Unless specifically stated otherwise, these changes do not refund a payment that has already been completed.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access the account-management option, contact me so I can review it.
Participation & Conduct
By joining a Tres Golpes class, social, workshop, event, or online community, you agree to treat instructors, partners, guests, venue staff, and other participants with respect.
You are expected to follow the Code of Conduct and help maintain a space that is safe, welcoming, and comfortable. Racism, sexism, homophobia, harassment, intimidation, unwanted contact, or other behavior that compromises the space is not accepted.
Tres Golpes may refuse admission or remove someone from a class, event, or community when necessary to protect participants or the environment. Serious or repeated violations may also result in the loss of future access without a refund.
Recording & Sharing
Short personal recordings are generally welcome, but ask before recording instruction or anyone who will clearly appear in the photo or video. Permission from Tres Golpes does not replace permission from the other people being recorded.
Please do not record full classes or extended instruction without approval. Class material, Tres Golpes content, branding, images, and other materials may not be presented as your own teaching or used to promote another class, event, or business without permission.
You are welcome to share appropriate moments from classes and events. Tagging or crediting Tres Golpes is appreciated when relevant.
Accessibility & Venue Information
Tres Golpes operates in rented studios and event spaces, so accessibility, stairs, seating, entrances, and other venue conditions may vary by location.
Contact me before attending if you need information or support related to physical access, seating, instruction, or another accommodation. I will provide the most accurate information available and make reasonable adjustments when possible.
Current location details are provided with each class or event. Review them before traveling, because the room or venue may change.
Schedule & Program Changes
Class topics, instructors, rooms, venues, schedules, and event details may occasionally change. When a material change occurs, I will make a reasonable effort to notify registered participants using the contact information provided.
Tres Golpes may also update programs, included benefits, pricing, or future offers as the business develops. Changes to future purchases or renewals will be communicated when required; they do not retroactively alter a completed purchase.
